Amy, I am curious how you are selling this with a warranty deed free and clear. You just purchased it from the tax sale last week right? I am just curious as I would like to do the same. Also, if we purchased property from the sale, don't we have to wait until we get the deeds recorded from the county before we can sell? Thanks!
Why do they state in all of these auctions that this is not a Tax sale property? How can they promise a deed so soon when they don't even have it yet?
