However, there is still time to redeem a property and prevent it from entering the foreclosure auction.

I also live across the street, I can verify the surrounding structures have been razed, home is VERY solid, minor fire damage, amazing plaster, and original woodwork... BEST neighbors period!!

I live across the street! All the adjacent houses have been razed, the street is GREAT! Can't beat the neighbors! From what I can see this used to be one of the nicest houses on the street! My whole block would LOVE to see someone buy it and fix it up!
