As of April 1st, 2013, all properties that were at risk of foreclosure in Wayne County this year and did not address tax issues are foreclosed and title has transferred to the Wayne County Treasurer. However, there is still time to redeem a property and prevent it from entering the foreclosure auction.

281 Riverside Dr:
Water damage. Totally destroyed inside.
664 Marlborough:
This house is currently occupied by a man in the neighborhood. My church is interested in buying it for a temporary housing ministry. So out of town folk, stay away!
188 Lenox:
actually upstairs right hand side.
iain, just a heads up that your fire damage report was very useful to someone who reached out thinking about this house. thank you.
Fire damage to the upstairs room on the left hand side of the building as it's facing you.
14601 Riverside Blvd:
Kind of glad if it did... I didn't expect it to last beyond Halloween to be honest. Will be interesting to see what happens to the land, someone spent quite a bit of money on it so I assume they have something serious in mind. If someone buys the land opposite too (was $800k last time I looked), I think they could totally transform the area.
This place burned down last week.
a strip club with river access? this place could be a gold mine!
Interesting place but nothing positive is coming to this area for at least 20 years and property taxes are not going to be pretty for that period. Buyer beware.
