As of April 1st, 2013, all properties that were at risk of foreclosure in Wayne County this year and did not address tax issues are foreclosed and title has transferred to the Wayne County Treasurer. However, there is still time to redeem a property and prevent it from entering the foreclosure auction.
Get Started: Click "Zoom to My Location" to see the properties at risk of foreclosure in your neighborhood. If you click an individual property and go to its page, you'll see a number of resources to assist in foreclosure prevention under the "What are my other options?" button. You can help your community and neighbors connect with resources and stay in their homes.

8405 Mack:
oh no! this place is awesome. it's the only food place for blocks and tons of neighborhood residents frequent it.
3470 Iroquois:
I checked out the Indian Village homes over the weekend.
This home is occupied, so I didn't get in. Neighbors assume that the current owner will bid on it.
The roof is in bad shape. Tarps cover the roof on the back.
Note! This house is in Indian Village, a National Historic District and all-around great neighborhood. As soon as you move in, you'll get a newcomer's packet of information on the neighborhood -- including historic guidelines, security services, snow plowing, and social events.
We strictly enforce blight ordinances, so buying a house for investment/speculation purposes (without providing regular upkeep) is not recommended. Indian Village is also an Neighborhood Empowerment Zone, which provides a discount on property taxes for owner-occupied homes only.
