As of April 1st, 2013, all properties that were at risk of foreclosure in Wayne County this year and did not address tax issues are foreclosed and title has transferred to the Wayne County Treasurer. However, there is still time to redeem a property and prevent it from entering the foreclosure auction.

3960 Third:
The building is nearly worthless but there is a mobile phone tower on the building. Guaranteed income stream. Someone stole this for $22,500.
The side of this building is falling over, so when you bid on this guy, have a good mason on speed dial!
3752 Second:
looks like some one is moving the green caboose out of the next door yard
It's considered a rooming house and has VERY high ($7k/year) taxes! Watch Out!
The gal living next door will take you for a tour. I went inside and it has been pretty trashed. She said a pipe burst last year and the basement filled up with 6 ft of water. She looked into buying it from city and they wanted $40,000 a good bit which would be water bill i presume. We did wake up one of the squatters upstairs. It smells like pple using the bathroom without any water maybe.
The owners and occupants of the home next door (shared fenced in yards) say that this property has been neglected for some time. The sliding door on the side was open when I was there, it looked pretty sketchy, so I didn't go in. It's obvious that it's been stripped and used by "squatters". It's filled with garbage and debris, the first floor ceiling is damaged, possibly from water. The exterior is painted brick and looks good. Beautiful architectural detail around the front windows, but the detail has been stripped from the front door. The neighbor was friendly and helpful and would love to see the house taken care of.

This was withdrawn by the county. Same thing happened last year. I don't know much more about this building, but a friend of mine is restoring the Victorian duplex next to it.

This has been withdrawn from the auction by Wayne County.
