As of April 1st, 2013, all properties that were at risk of foreclosure in Wayne County this year and did not address tax issues are foreclosed and title has transferred to the Wayne County Treasurer. However, there is still time to redeem a property and prevent it from entering the foreclosure auction.

This house indeed looks occupied. It's a great house within walking distance to upcoming light rail stations, etc. Hopefully the new owners will be mindful of the fact that there may be people already living here.
Neighbors say this house has been occupied for some time. There are healthy looking dogs in the yard. I have knocked on the door on 2 different occasions, no answer.

I saw the scorch marks on google street view (move to the left, lower window). Beautiful looking house with nice looking neighbours too. I hope someone can return it to its former glory.
There appears to be substantial fire damage to this house, the neighbors say it's structurally intact though. I wasn't able to get in to verify.
