As of April 1st, 2013, all properties that were at risk of foreclosure in Wayne County this year and did not address tax issues are foreclosed and title has transferred to the Wayne County Treasurer. However, there is still time to redeem a property and prevent it from entering the foreclosure auction.

2458 Brush:
Hey Eric, It looks like we've got the Foreclosure warning on this property incorrectly. It's owned by City P&DD, so it's not eligible for foreclosure. Does seem to be coming up as late on its taxes though. Could be a way to buy it through City P&DD though -- that should be the idea at least!
Who owns this property? How can I buy this property? This is an awesome location!
Who owns this property? This location is too awesome!
2660 Woodward Avenue:
Daniella Borum, looks like the owner paid the taxes and the property was withdrawn from the auction.
What does it mean when a property has been withdrawn?

sorry about that, matt! google streetview is amazing but, yes, it occasionally pins the tail on the donkey across the street. :-) always compare its alignment to the parcel map, and of course, everyone, always know the property in person and verify before bidding.
Oh, whoops -- wrong site. Google Street View seems somewhat confused about Detroit addresses.
It's a shame this is up for sale. Used to bike by here every day. Hope someone responsible gets the site -- anyone have information on who's interested?
