Does anybody else find it interesting that properties that just sold in the second round of the Wayne County auction are already listed on bid4assets from other sellers?
Have people already received their deeds? This is not the first, but one of many I've seen over the past few weeks and thought it deserved some attention.
Yeah, on ebay I believe. Heck, I bet there are houses listed on Craigslist. My disbelief is that bid4assets, who knows that deeds haven't likely been received yet, has allowed the listings.

I wrote a story about this on Curbed the week after the auction. No one would have had their deeds by then...
